These are my favorite ways to rinse off summer stickiness.

It's been a hot summer, and as much as the clothing racks in stores would like me to believe, I know it's going to be a while before the heat and humidity wind down into the briskness of fall.

I happily dive into the thick, rich creams often associated with the colder months. But when it's super-sticky out, there's nothing quite as refreshing as a good scrub-down with some bright, clean-smelling bath products.

I've gathered some of my all-time favorite summer shower goodies and tossed in a few decadent (but still light) summer-friendly bubble baths for those of us who can't quite go without the relaxing ritual that is a good soak in the tub. Have at it!

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash

I'm not exaggerating when I say this smells exactly like something I would want to eat. Decadently sweet, but not in the heavy, rich way you're probably thinking of.

This body wash features the bright scents of lime oil, kiwi extract, and vanilla musk. It smells like the perfect summer drink — something on ice that you can sip by a pool or on a hot patio in the sun. I'm kind of in love with the packaging, too. And for 10 bucks, it's a win all-around.

Lush Outback Mate Soap

This looks just like the ocean, right? With eucalyptus, lemongrass, and peppermint oils, you're bound to wake up and feel invigorated after using this bar. It smells a bit like a guy to me, but in a really good way. It's an absolutely gorgeous blue that tends to run down the side of my tub, but it's a small price to pay for something that smells so good.

Hot tip: Rub this into your favorite loofah and get to scrubbing!

Lush Pumice Power Foot Soap

Are you as into the smell of a freshly peeled orange rind as I am? Because if you are, you're going to want to scoop up one of these vibrantly scented exfoliating eggs. Pumice powder helps slough away the rough bits of your feet, which always need extra pampering after a summer of stomping around exposed to the elements. All with a scent I seriously can't stop raving about. In. Love.

Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly

Kelly wrote about these cute little shower jellies recently, and I can see why! Not only are they an incredibly unique product — I was petrified of handling it initially, they seem so delicate — but they house some seriously fantastic fragrances.

Made with a seaweed gel base, each shower jelly has carefully curated essential oils and extracts tossed in. I'm using the blue jelly, Whoosh, and the scent alone is worth a purchase. It smells just like candy, with lemon, lime, and grapefruit juice all balanced out with rosemary and geranium oils. The epitome of summer.

Malin+Goetz Bergamot Body Wash

Nothing quite compares to the bold freshness of Malin+Goetz products, and this wash is no exception. A good scrub-down with this brilliant body wash is bound to invigorate you and leave you feeling clean as ever. With 1.2% bergamot extract, Malin+Goetz isn't playing around.

If you want something very clean and grown-up, something completely unisex, pick up a bottle of this. A nice perk? It doubles as a bubble bath.

Fresh Sugar Lemon Bath & Shower Gel

Fresh is known for creating very elegant, clean products. My first introduction to Fresh was via their Sugar Lip Treatment, which, while seriously expensive for a broke university student, I happily forked over my hard earned money for. Their Sugar Lemon Bath & Shower Gel is just as gorgeous. Very light — probably the lightest scent in this bunch — with mango seed oil, lychee extract, and pure brown sugar.

TokyoMilk Bubble Bath in No. 12 (Rose With Bees)

It's no secret that TokyoMilk consistently produces some seriously gorgeous products. The scents offered in these two bottles are no different. No. 12 being the lighter of the two, with notes of citrus zest, mandarin and mimosa, all grounded by rosewood. I can't see someone not liking this.

TokyoMilk Bubble Bath in No. 15 (Eiffel Tower)

Are you a fan of heady, luscious flowers but want to brighten things up a bit? You'll probably love TokyoMilk's Bon Bon Bubbling Bath in No.15. With notes of mandarin, tuberose, gardenia and vetiver, it's a decadent treat when you've spent so much time sweating outside and want to feel like A Lady. The rich, frothy bubbles last a seriously long time, too, so you can really settle in and watch some Netflix while you soak.

If bar soap is your thing, Meow Meow Tweet offers up some seriously adorable, totally vegan options. They're almost too cute to open, thanks to some seriously adorable illustrations, but once you've carefully peeled away the packaging, beautifully crafted soaps await you.

  • When it's super-hot out, what's your favorite product to use to refresh?
  • Are you taking summer night bubble baths, too?
  • I still can't get over how much I love the orange scent of that foot scrub. Not a question, mostly a statement.
