Nail art's not dead--it's just getting a little less crazy.

DaMonica is running around spring 2015 NYFW doing all sorts of glamorous fashion week-y stuff, so I'm sharing her beauty notes from today's shows with you. Here are three super-simple nail looks she spied backstage--and I'm super into them all:

White Lines at Wes Gordon

Rita Remark for Essie created a design meant to look like linen. She used Cocktails and Coconuts (a sheer white) followed by one coat of Imported Bubbly (shimmery beige) to mimic the look of dewy skin. Then painted on horizontal and vertical lines in a check pattern using a striping brush and Blanc, an opaque white.

Black Stripes at Kate Spade

Deborah Lippmann filed the models' natural nails into an oval shape and applied a few coats of her Amazing Grace (a pure-white cream). Then she used black striping tape to add a thin horizontal line across the top of each nail.

Silver Moons at Cushnie et Ochs

Using Christian Louboutin (they wasted NO time), manicurist Madeline Poole wanted to play off of the show's winged eye (created with Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Leather in Black), so she applied two coats of Louboutin's nude pink and added a swipe of silver at the moon with a non-Louboutin (shh!) polish.

Here's a closer look:
