An electric, two-tone look that's quick, easy and summery.

I love playing with color, but sometimes I don't want to go all out with it. When I'm craving bold color in a smaller dose, I usually turn to colorful liner to get my fix.

To start, I tight-line my upper lash line with a long-wearing black liner pencil; this step isn't 100% necessary, but I just like the way it makes my lashes look. Next, I take a dampened angled liner brush and apply a bright lime green shadow across my upper lash line.

This is the shade Thrash from the Urban Decay Electric Palette.

Next, I take a vibrant teal shade (also on a dampened angled liner brush) and added a wing to my liner, bringing it about a third of the way over the lime liner I already laid down.

I finished the eyes off with a couple of coats of mascara on the upper lashes.

Finally, I applied foundation and concealer, added a little bit of cream blush (Between the Sheets, my favorite from Colour Pop), and applied a bright fuchsia matte lipstick.

Fun and bright! (Forgot to do my brows whoops!)

Now for the best part—my favorites from last week:

  • What is your solution when you're craving bright colors?
  • Do you like the layered liner look or are you more into one solid color?
