No one can ever dispute how classic brown is. From the daintiest of beiges to the warmth of medium sands to the dark, rich chestnuts of the world, there is a flattering brown shade for everyone. And if you haven't found yours, you're not looking hard enough.
Buck, not only are you a beautiful, neutral, wearable brown eyeshadow, but you make a brilliant contour shade (for me, that is; though I suspect it's pretty versatile depending on how heavy- or light-handed you are with a makeup brush).
I think the reason for Buck's success is that it has no orange tones in it whatsoever, which is beautiful for creating natural shadows. If you're looking for a natural contour in any shade, an orange-free zone is what you should be after. This is where many bronzers try but fail. Though I may have a love affair with Charlotte Tilbury's Filmstar Bronze and Glow someday when my wallet allows, I no doubt will always come back to Buck with open arms.
Do you contour? What is your favourite contouring shade? Or are all you about the brown shadow? What brown must-haves am I missing out on?
