This limited-edition holiday kit contains five mini nail polishes: Mademoiselle (a sheer pink), Smokin’ Hot (a dark gray), Butler Please (a bright cobalt blue), Bahama Mama (a warm plum), and Jazzy Jubilant (a colorful glitter top coat). Think of all the festive manicures a person could do with this set! I think Jazzy Jubilant would look amazing on top of Bahama Mama or Smokin’ Hot.
This limited-edition EOS trio contains three brand-new lip balm flavors: St. Barth’s Sunrise Pink Grapefruit, Aloha Hawaii Strawberry Kiwi, and Indian Summer Orange Blossom. Each one sounds delicious, although I have to admit that I’m kind of annoyed at EOS for taunting me with the warm weather theme. Ideally, one should combine this gift with plane tickets to somewhere tropical.
EcoTools brushes are both high quality (so soft!) and affordable, which isn’t always an easy feat for makeup brushes. They’re also environmentally friendly and made out of recycled materials. Any makeup lover, from beginners to pros, will appreciate this compact brush set that they can use at home or carry with them on the go. The kit contains a powder brush, an eye shadow brush, and an angled brush.
4. The Body Shop Coconut Beauty Bag, $15
The Body Shop has so many adorable holiday gift sets, it’s hard to choose just one. Of course, you don’t have to choose, but for the purposes of this gift guide, I went with my heart. Turns out, my heart wants this coconut gift set. The bag looks a little more sophisticated than some of their other holiday sets, and it contains Coconut Shower Cream, Coconut Body Butter, Coconut Hand Cream, and a Mini Crinkle Bath Lily (which is Body Shop speak for loofah).
Sonia Kashuk’s Holiday 2014 Collection for Target is inspired by Art Deco, so as you can imagine it’s very glamorous and luxurious, with a black and gold color scheme. The collection ranges in price from $11 to $35 and includes a 10-piece brush set, a nude lip palette, and a gorgeous smoky eye palette, among other items. The Shimmering Body Souffle is a great budget buy and the gorgeous packaging will make your mom concerned that you spent too much money on her.
